Storytelling workshop for young people

Are you aged between 11 and 19 and would like to make new friends and learn new skills?  Halton Libraries’ strand of the My Voice project is holding a storytelling workshop with Carl Loughlin-Ravenscroft.  He can give you practical ideas and inspire you to become a confident storyteller.  You might then like to volunteer to read to younger children during our Summer Reading Challenge.

What else will you get out of it?  Well, reading to young children is rewarding and fun.  You can use your volunteer experience in your CV and you can be part of the Halton Libraries team.

For more information contact allyson.watt@halton.gov.uk or maria.hardie@halton.gov.uk.  You can also call us on 01928 565973.
