Mood busting books coming soon.

Research shows that reading improves mental well-being, and reduces stress levels by 67% and Reading also reduces the risk of dementia by 35%.

Mood-boosting Books is a national promotion of 20 uplifting titles, including novels, poetry and non-fiction. The books are recommended by readers and reading groups around the country.

The new list of 20 Reading Well Mood-boosting Books titles will be available at Widnes and Halton Lea Libraries.
